Zytel® HTN: High-Performance Polyphthalamide for Demanding Applications

Zytel® HTN is a range of polyphthalamide semi-aromatic nylons from Celanese designed for the most demanding applications in transportation, E&E and other industries. Offering superior strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability, Zytel® HTN is engineered to deliver high performance across a wide range of temperatures, chemicals, and moisture conditions. Unlike standard polyamide resins, Zytel® HTN offers exceptional durability and resistance to harsh conditions.

Key properties of Zytel® HTN grades include:

• High-Temperature Performance: Heat Deflection Temperatures up to 285°C, excellent aging resistance.
• Outstanding Strength & Stiffness: Zytel® HTN excels at maintaining strength and stiffness across a broad range of temperatures enabling metal replacement in critical applications.
