SABIC PP 505P is a multi purpose grade for extrusion and injection moulding applications.

SABIC PP 505P provides an excellent stretch ability and is suitable for extrusion of tapes, strapping, high tenacity yarns but also for thermoformed articles. For injection moulded parts SABIC PP 505P shows a moderate stiffness, good impact resistance and very good surface hardness. SABIC PP505P is suitable for production of caps and closures and house ware articles.

SABIC PP 505P is a low mfi grade typically used in extrusion applications like sheet and thermoforming.

SABIC PP 505P is typically used in dairy, flower pots, yellow fats and disposables plates and cups. However, customers use this grade also in combination with fillers like Talc and CaCO3.
