Overview:

RX 103H BLACK 9003 is a Resinex recipe based on Dowlex NG2432UE.

The grade has a lower MFI, which allows for higher melt strength / reduction of internal dripping, which can be a problem for very large tanks with very high wall thicknesses (>20mm).

RX 103H BLACK 9003 does not carry any additional approvals other than the usual FDA compliance.

Applications / Grade Selection:

This grade is specifically designed for very large tanks that require high wall thicknesses, sometimes well above 20mm.
When you try to rotomould such high wall thicknesses the physical weight of the molten polymer is too great and this causes dripping on the inside wall of the tank.
The lower MFI of RX 103H BLACK 9003 will reduce or stop this problem.

RX 103H BLACK 9003 Polyethylene Resin is designed for high performance rotational moulding applications and is
suitable for applications requiring stiffness in addition to good environmental stress cracking resistance and impact
strength combined with low warping and good processability.
RX 103H BLACK 9003 is fully heat and UV stabilised resulting in a very wide processing latitude, good colour retention
and long life expectancy.
RX 103 BLACK 9003 complies with various food contact regulations when processed according to good manufacturing
practices for food contact applications.
