Overview:

RX 464 NATURAL is a Resinex formulation designed specifically for the Boat and Kayak segment.

When we use RX 464 to make colours, black or special effects, the resulting product is named:
RX 464 "colour" xxxx (xxxx is a unique 4 digit number for that colour).

There are many versions of RX 464 available, Natural, Black, Colour compounds, Special Effects, etc
Because this grade is designed for Kayaks and Boats, there are no additional approvals.

Applications / Grade Selection:

Boats and Kayaks.
This segment has very specific requirements - high stiffness, high impact, high scratch resistance (for PE)
Because of the exteme nature of these types of PE grades, the moulder needs to be skilled and knowledgable about how to mould these materials. Therefore whenever you want to run one of these materials Resinex must send a technician to teach the moulder based on his mould and machine.
Not all Kayak and Boat producers use these types of materials. Producers making for low-end / commercial leisure are likely to use a more conventional (easier to use and cheaper) grade like Dowlex 2629, 2631, NG2432, XZ89342, RX 806, RX 823
Note that these materials are not suitable for "downguaging" tanks and tank producers should continue to use a typical tank grade like NG2432UE or XZ89342.00

RX 464 NATURAL Polyethylene Resin is designed for high performance rotational moulding applications and is suitable
for applications requiring very high stiffness and impact strangth combined with low warping and excellent processability.
The resin is designed to process and sinter extremely quickly with very fast bubble removal resulting in high quality
aesthetics.
RX 464 NATURAL is fully heat and UV stabilised resulting in a very wide processing latitude, good colour retention and
long life expectancy.
