ALTUGLAS® BS 510 is a methyl-methacrylate based copolymer of medium molecular weight available in the form of spherical particles (solid beads). ALTUGLAS® BS 510 is soluble in many organic solvents and monomers. Moreover, it offers a high thermal resistance.
ALTUGLAS® BS 510 is a good candidate of choice for binder in Acrylic Composites and Solvent Coating applications.

ALTUGLAS® BS 510 can be used in specific applications such as Porous Moulds Resins for ceramic and Low Profile Additive for unsaturated polyester curable resins (UPR).

ALTUGLAS® BS 510 is also recommended as a base resin for the production of acrylic masterbatches by compounding.
