ALTUGLAS® BS 520B is a methyl-methacrylate based copolymer of medium molecular weight, available in the form of spherical particles (solid beads). ALTUGLAS® BS 520B is highly recommended as component in low profile additives for Unsaturated Polyester Curable Resins. It can also be used as binder in solvent coating.

ALTUGLAS® BS 520B is also typically used in mineral acrylic composite (solid surface, acrylic stone).

ALTUGLAS® BS 520B can be used as base resin for the production of acrylic masterbatch compound.
