About this Product

SPRINTAN® is manufactured by anionic solution polymerization using an organo-lithium initiator. In relation to solid
rubber the grade is extended with 25.0 phr of TDAE oil with reduced polycyclic aromatic content. The product has
a high styrene/low vinyl microstructure, typical glass transition temperature is - 33°C. SPRINTAN® bears functionalization
for improved polymer/filler interaction with carbon black as well as with silica and contains a non-staining stabilizer.

SPRINTAN® provides high wet grip, improved wear and handling properties combined with excellent low rolling
resistance for high performance tire treads. It can be applied in High Performance, Ultra High Performance,
summer, winter, and all season tires.
