Triple Bubble Production Process:
Initial Extrusion: Begins with the formation of a primary bubble that can have up to 17 layers, which is immediately cooled by water quenching.
Secondary Stretching: The primary tube's film is then heated and stretched in both the machine and transverse directions, either in a hot water bath or with infrared heaters, setting the stage for optimal biaxial orientation.
Heat Setting: A third bubble process finalises the film, establishing its shrink characteristics and fine-tuning other physical properties.
