Ravapura® is the latest brand from Ravago for guaranteed post-use recycled compounds. Ravapura® compounds combine certified post-use or post-consumer recycled (PCR) content with consistent, high quality in one single pellet. Customers can meet their sustainability targets without compromising on processability, appearance, mechanical performance, and finished product specifications. Ravago’s extensive compounding experience and formulation knowhow provide the opportunity to bring tailor-made solutions based on your specific product needs.

RecyClass Certification

Ravago Manufacturing Europe’s site in Arendonk, Belgium, is now RecyClass certified following a successful third-party audit. This certification shows that the pre- and post-consumer plastic waste processed at the site aligns with standards for traceability of recycled plastics (EN 15343:2007) and controlled blending chain of custody (ISO 22095:2020). Customers can be sure that the recycled content of the plastic compounds produced at the site is accurate due to the high standards of recycling practices and the transparency of the feedstocks used.

Latest Development: Ravapura® PP 99XX Series

Want to maximise post-consumer recycled (PCR) content in your polypropylene applications? Check out the new Ravapura® PP 99XX series of 99% PCR polypropylene compounds. The Ravapura® PP 99XX series offers consistent and reliable mechanical and aesthetic properties, a range of MFIs to suit your requirements (15 to 90 g/10 min at 230°C / 2.16 kg), a great property profile balancing high stiffness and good impact, good processability, and a light grey colour as standard that can be self-coloured with your own masterbatch. The Ravapura® PP 99XX series is recommended for injection moulding applications such as rigid packaging and consumer goods.
