Portfolio:

The LG ABS portfolio consists of standard grades with different flow, impact, gloss, transparency, UV resistance, paintability, anti-static properties, and chemical resistance. Many speciality grades are also available, such as anti-scratch resistant grades, blow moulding grades, low gloss grades, grades for metal plating, heat-resistant grades, flame retardant grades, and transparent grades.

Sustainable Solutions:

LG Chem continuously invests in cultivating a circular economy, working to achieve carbon-neutral growth by 2030 and net-zero by 2050. With mechanical recycling, bio-sourced and chemical recycling technologies, LG delivers virgin-like quality polymers but with environmental benefits. Their post-consumer recycled (PCR) polycarbonate grades contain up to 90% recycled content and come with 3rd-party certifications that provide transparency on the source of the recycled content. Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) are available for all products, virgin and recycled, for cradle-to-gate and cradle-to-grave analyses.
