Our FRIANYL® flame retardant PA6, PA66, and PPA compounds for the electrical and electronics industries. FRIANYL® flame retardant PA compounds meet stringent industry requirements with multiple grades UL Listed and certified by VDE.
FRIANYL® Flame Retardant PA6 / PA66 Compounds
- Flame retardant grades are available halogens and red phosphorus free, with red phosphorous, or with halogens (antimony trioxide, PBB, and PBDE free)
- Available unfilled, mineral filled, unreinforced, and glass fiber reinforced
Unfilled grades are available with halogens and halogens free
Glass fiber reinforced grades are available with red phosphorous or with halogens and halogens and red phosphorous free - Offered in a wide range of colors
- More than 80 grades are UL Listed or certified by VDE
FRIANYL® XT Flame Retardant PPA Compounds
- Developed for electrical and electronic applications with thermal requirements significantly higher than those of PA66
- Offers high stiffness and strength at elevated temperatures, high dimensional stability, excellent creep resistance, and resistance to chemicals and hydrolysis
- Available with halogen and red phosphorus free or with halogens (PBB and PBDE free)
