CELANYL® PA TECHNICAL AND SPECIALTY POLYAMIDE COMPOUNDS

Our Celanyl® PA technical and specialty PA6, PA66, PPA, and semi-aromatic PA compounds provide a broad range of solutions for industrial and automotive applications. In addition, our Celanyl® PA compounds can address multiple thermal, mechanical, electrical, and tribological requirements.

  • Celanyl® PA6 / PA66 Technical Compounds
    Glass fiber reinforced up to 60%
    Unfilled or mineral- or glass bead-filled
    Additional options include heat stabilization, high impact modification, standard viscosity or easy flowing, and a wide range of colors
    Some grades are UL Listed

  • Celanyl® PA6 / PA66 Specialty Compounds
    Available unfilled, unreinforced, fiber reinforced (e.g., glass, carbon fiber), or metal filled (e.g., aluminum, copper)
    Tribological grades for low wear and friction with PTFE or molybdenum disulfide lubrication
    Additional grades are crosslinkable or electrically conductive and dissipative; some grades are UL Listed

  • Celanyl® XT PPA Specialty Compounds
    Designed for applications with thermal requirements significantly higher than those of PA66
    Offers high stiffness and strength at elevated temperatures, high dimensional stability, excellent creep resistance, and resistance to chemicals and hydrolysis

  • Celanyl® XS Semi-aromatic PA Specialty Compounds
    Developed as an alternative to metal with good stiffness and tensile strength, very low warpage, and very good creep resistance
    Offers excellent surface quality, high dimensional stability, and high performance across environmental conditions
