Sicoklar® PC

The SICOKLAR® polycarbonate produced by Ravago is a range of PC compounds with good mechanical and thermal properties that meet the most demanding needs of different industries such as the electric and electronic, the small appliance, the lighting and automotive industry.

Sicoklar® PC is available as prime compounds to provide the highest quality as well as industrial compounds to offer economic solutions.

According to the different needs, a range of Sicoklar® grades have been developed, each optimising one or more of the above mentioned characteristics.

Next to the standard grades the following groups are also available:

  • Flame retardant
  • Food-contact
  • Extrusion
  • Glass-filled

The complete range of all prime Sicoklar® PC grades is available on request in transparent and opaque colours.

The Polycarbonate brand of Ravago:

  • Sicoklar® E71/E81 are a flame retardant PC resin available with MFI from 6 to 15 designed for injection molding applications. Thanks to its superior properties like impact resistance, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. They can be easily used in a broad range of markets like electrical and electronics, office equipment.
  • Sicoklar® E58 is a GLASS FIBER FILLED POLICARBONATE resin available with GF content from 10% up to 30% designed for injection molding applications. Also available based on post-industrial raw material feed stock
  • Sicoklar® E01 is a general purpose POLICARBONATE resin available with Melt Flow Index from 10 to 35 designed for injection molding applications. Also available as food contact approved resin (E21)
  • Sicoklar® UG is a general purpose INDUSTRIAL QUALITY POLICARBONATE resin available with Melt Flow Index from 10 to 35 designed for injection molding applications.
