PA4T PPA - ForTii®

Envalior ForTii® is a semi-aromatic polyamide (PPA) known for its unique polyphthalamide (PPA) technology, which stands out due to its high amide density.

Key Features and Benefits:

• Highly crystalline – excellent chemical resistance

• High melting point – high peak temperature performance

• High glass transition temperature – excellent part mechanics <160°C

• Halogen-free – UL94 V-0 possible down to 0.2mm and CTI beyond 800°C

ForTii® Ace

ForTii® Ace offers all the benefits and properties of the standard ForTii® PPA, with some enhanced characteristics:

• High melting point – 320°C to 345°C

• High glass transition temperature – 135°C to 160°C

• Highest aromatic content – >50wt%

Applications:

• Electronics and Electrical: Ideal for connectors and autonomous vehicle applications.

• Automotive Electrical: Suitable for connectors and autonomous vehicle applications.

• Automotive Structural: Excellent for metal replacement.

• Food and Drinks Industry: Suitable for various applications requiring drinking water and food contact certification. Approved by KTW, NSF61, WRAS, and ACS.
